It seems Nintendo is kicking the idea around of DSiware games being transferable to the 3DS, that's nice of them since it's kind of bad enough they screwed you into a buying a version of a system that became obsolete in only a few years- there's a catch though (isn't there always?) it turns out not ALL games will be transferable. I have a hunch a later version of 3DS will be released that will allow all DSiware games to be transferable at some point (after everyone has already bought the first 3DS model).
I don't really know what to say, on one hand it's nice they'll screw you over a little less with the 3DS being released but on the other hand this is Nintendo and portables... and Nintendo will always find a way to screw you over in the portable market financially.
3DS just got I guess a little less shady but again, it's 3D so that's strike one and two for me.
Be ready for a lot of BS when the 3DS comes out.
